Hypnotherapy is a method that is used to make positive changes by using hypnotic tools. These hypnotic tools include being in a trance state in order to access the subconscious mind. In accessing the subconscious mind, positive suggestions can be given in order to make the changes that will make an impact on the focus of the therapy.
Modern science today have determined that an estimate 95 percent of our brain activity is unconscious. This is helpful in some ways for keeping us alive like regulating our heartbeat. When it's not helpful is when the subconscious is playing out functions that do not serve us. The subconscious goes to what it knows and what is comfortable regardless if that is harmful or not.
In our session, we will determine what goals that you want to achieve and the different ways and approaches to achieving those goals and through hypnosis, we will use the power of the subconscious mind to work for you and make the permanent changes that you want.
